How long do I have to return an item?
Your satisfaction with any one of our products is our No.1 Priority. We accept return requests without a time limit. We accept returns on both opened and used items. Our only condition is that you kindly send us an email or message and explain the situation as we are always looking for ways to help you reduce sweat and live more comfortably!
How do I start a return?
Contact us first via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Who pays for return shipping?
For small volume orders, we usually do not require the item be shipped back to us as this incurs extra costs to you! Instead we will give a refund on the initial product and offer free shipping for any new purchase. For larger volume, unopened and unused products that are seeking a refund, the return shipping is usually the responsiblity of the customer.
If any products you receive from us are damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect then we will happily organise and pay for postage.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $7.90.
Refunds
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Are original shipping costs refunded?
For simple change of mind of unopened, unused products, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
For any damaged, missing, faulty or otherwise incorrect items sent to you, we will happily refund the original shipping cost as well as the item's cost.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my item?
Yes! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know what you'd like to exchange for. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's expense, and we will dispatch your new item once we receive the original.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
